Today, I submitted another FOIA request to the Department of Justice after the Department used Trump’s so-called Religious Liberty Commission mailing list to promote a White Christian Nationalist event scheduled to take place on the National Mall.
They’re calling it “Rededicate 250,” and the list of speakers reads like a Who’s Who of Christian extremism, including multiple members of Trump’s Cabinet, the Chancellor of Liberty University, the president of Hillsdale College, Paula White, Franklin Graham, and many more.
This administration’s lawless promotion of the White Christian Nationalist agenda has to be exposed. Help hold them accountable by making a tax-deductible gift of $10, $25, or $50 today to make sure we have the resources it takes to investigate these abuses.

We knew, in the wake of the Easter messages sent out by several agencies, how shameless this Administration could be. But the Department of Justice wasn’t content evangelizing to its own employees. Now, they’re utilizing the list of private citizens who wanted to make sure their voices were heard by the President’s self-serving Religious Liberty Commission.
The Department of Justice has no business using its resources — our resources — to promote a Christian Nationalist event. Nor should our ability to be heard by our government be contingent on receiving proselytizing messages in our inboxes whenever this Administration feels like it.
