Dear Friend,
Tomorrow, Friday the 11th, is your last chance to get some of the special event tickets for our national convention in Minneapolis.
What would you miss, you ask? Only some of the best speakers, most experienced activists, and all the fun that comes with being around fellow nonbelievers! Here are just a few highlights:
- We kick things off with a pub quiz and charity game night on Thursday evening.
- On Friday afternoon, Keith Ellison, Minnesota Attorney General, will be on stage with me for a conversation about values, justice, and protecting our secular democracy.
- And on Friday evening, the one and only Seth Andrews, the Thinking Atheist, will be speaking at our awards dinner, where we will recognize some outstanding advocates from around the country.
- Saturday is chock-full of presentations and workshops to choose from, followed by a drag show in the evening.
- And after our member meeting on Sunday, while religious folks flock to churches to pray, many of us will participate in our annual service project, proving once again that two hands working can do more than a thousand clasped in prayer. (To support this project, click here now!)
And, of course, the networking, the camaraderie, and the sheer joy of community runs through the entire weekend. You can view the entire schedule here.
Parents can take advantage of our youth programming, provided by Camp Quest. And all attendees are welcome to stay with us at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center for just $139/night; however, book your room ASAP because there are only a few left at that special rate!
Remember: advance registration ends tomorrow. General admission tickets and some special events will still be available at the door, but don’t wait!
I can’t wait to see you there!
Nick Fish
President
P.S. If you can’t be there, but want to support our amazing service project, where our attendees volunteer to pack food for local families in need, you can sponsor their work here. A donation of $20 can provide 45 meals; $100 can feed 225 families dinner; and if you feel especially generous, $14,000 can sponsor the entire project of 25,000 meals, including transportation and setup! Any amount makes a real difference, so please pitch in TODAY. Thank you.
